The club must provide all required information (calendar, schedules, photos, results, team compositions, etc.) within the deadlines indicated in the Terms of Service section.

No travel or on-site photo/video shoots are included in the offer. Any physical services require a separate quote.

✔️ You accept that publications depend on the information you provide
In the event of missing, incomplete, or late information, some publications may be

• delayed,
• postponed,
• or not published.

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

✔️ You agree that the visuals will be created according to the provided branding
The client provides their colors, logos, and information and ensures their accuracy.
Med My Day cannot be held responsible for errors arising from the information provided.

✔️ You agree to the use of a shared cloud (depending on the chosen package)
A cloud storage space will be made available to you for uploading your

• photos,
• videos,
• documents,
• and match information.

You must use this space to ensure fast and organized work.

✔️ You acknowledge that the subscription is monthly
The service operates on a monthly basis, with no long-term commitment, unless a multi-month subscription is prepaid.
Any cancellation must be communicated at least 7 days before the end of the month.

✔️ You agree that the content will be published according to the chosen plan
Each package includes a defined number of publications per week.
Any additional requests may be billed separately.

✔️ You agree not to resell or share the provided visuals
All content (templates, visuals, files) is reserved for the purchasing club and may not be transmitted to a third party or another club.

✔️ You understand that publication deadlines must adhere to the editorial calendar
Last-minute changes (within 24 hours) are not guaranteed.

✔️ You confirm that you have read and agree to the detailed Terms of Service
