At Med My Day, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products and services, certain rules apply.
Our digital creations (templates, visuals, downloadable files, etc.) are considered consumed upon purchase, in accordance with current legislation.
Therefore, no refund or exchange will be issued once the download has started or the file has been delivered, except in the following cases:
Product non-conformity (file error, missing or defective content)
Duplicate purchase made by mistake (same product purchased twice)
In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@medmyday.shop, specifying your order number and the nature of the issue.
After this 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
These services are always subject to a personalized quote specifying conditions, pricing, and deadlines.
Cancellation before project discussions begin: full or partial refund depending on costs incurred.
Cancellation after the project has started: no full refund can be issued. The deposit already paid will be retained by Med My Day.
A goodwill gesture may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Some community management services can be purchased directly through our website via available purchase buttons.
Once the order is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be possible, except in the case of an ordering error (same product purchased twice).

Med My Day does not sell any physical products. All items sold by Med My Day are digital products, delivered as downloadable files.
Therefore, no returns or shipments are possible, as no physical delivery is made.
Med My Day gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, whether during their validity period or after expiration.
Any expired gift card is considered permanently void and cannot result in any credit or refund.
Due to the nature of our products and services (digital content and personalized work), no exchanges are possible after purchase, except for the cases mentioned above.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your request, and we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
