General questions

What does Med My Day offer?

Med My Day offers photography, videography, social media management, and customizable digital creations (templates, cards, visuals, etc.) for clubs, businesses, and individuals.
Do you sell physical products?

No, all our products are digital. Returns or exchanges are therefore not possible.
Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, but they are neither refundable nor exchangeable, even after their expiration.
What are your delivery options?

At Med My Day, all our products are digital, so there is no physical delivery. After your purchase, you automatically receive an email containing a PDF with a link to your templates or digital creations. You can then access, customize, and use them immediately.

Digital products

How will I receive my digital product?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a PDF file by email containing a link to your templates or visuals. Simply click the link to access your content on Canva.
Are the images shown in the examples included with the purchase?

No. The illustration images are not included. Only the customizable and free Canva elements will be available in the file you download.
Do I need a Canva Pro account?

No. All our templates are designed using Canva’s free elements, so you can use them with a free Canva account. However, if you have a Canva Pro account, you’ll have access to even more customization options (images, premium elements, additional fonts, etc.), though this is entirely optional.
Will I receive template updates for free?

Yes! If you have already purchased a template or pack, you will have free access to future updates of that product. This way, you always benefit from the most recent version at no extra cost.
Can I translate the templates into other languages?

Yes! All our templates are offered in English but are fully customizable in Canva. You can modify the text, fonts, and colors as you wish, including translating them into the language of your choice.
This allows you to easily adapt each design to your audience, whether local or international.
Do you offer customization services?

Yes, we can fully customize a template or pack to match the colors and visual identity of your club or business.
Can I resell these templates?

No. All our templates are protected by copyright ©Med My Day.
They are intended for personal use only (e.g., for your club, business, or project).
Any resale, sharing, or commercial use outside of your own use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Payment

Is it a one-time payment or a subscription?

All our digital products and services available for online purchase are offered as a one-time payment. No subscription or recurring charge is applied, unless explicitly stated in the product or service description.
How can I pay for my order?

At Med My Day, you can securely pay for your purchases directly on our website. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as other payment methods offered by our secure payment platform. Payment is 100% online, simple, and fast.

Exchanges and refunds

Do you offer refunds for digital products?

No, except in cases of non-compliance or duplicate purchase. Since the files are downloadable immediately, they are considered used upon purchase.
Can I exchange my product?

No. Digital files and personalized services cannot be exchanged.

Photography and video

What photography and videography services do you offer?

We provide photo shoots, video recordings, editing, and custom content creation tailored to your needs (events, corporate, artistic).

Social media management

What does your social media management offer include?

We offer “all-in-one” packages that include content creation, post management, and the growth of your online community. These packages can be purchased directly on our website.
