When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Med My Day reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its discretion.

Your order is not accepted until Med My Day confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Med My Day may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will appear on your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include taxes, shipping and handling fees, customs duties, or import fees.

Prices displayed in our online stores may differ from those offered in physical stores or in third-party online shops.

From time to time, we may offer promotions that affect pricing and are governed by separate terms. In case of conflict, the promotional terms shall prevail.

You represent and warrant that (i) your credit card information is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use that card; (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your credit card company; and (iv) you will pay the amounts due at the posted prices, including any applicable shipping, handling, and taxes.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services—including but not limited to all trademarks, trade names, texts, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audios, and their design, selection, and arrangement—are the property of Med My Day, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by Belgian and international intellectual property laws.

Shopify’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks on the Services belong to their respective owners.

You may have access to third-party tools through the Services that we neither monitor nor control.

Med My Day is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, all sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Med My Day.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Med My Day, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your transactions with Med My Day.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
