🖼️ What is a “visual”?

A visual corresponds to a post or a story, created and shared according to your plan (matchday, result, announcement, etc.).It is not just a photo being posted.
🎂 Are “birthday” posts limited?
  • Starter & Advanced: no birthday posts unless you decide to use one of the weekly posts for this purpose.
  • From the Pro pack: unlimited birthday posts.
📷 Are photos and videos included?

No. This service is 100% digital.
On-site photos and videos are not included and may be subject to a separate quote.
Depending on the offer you choose, a discount on a photo shoot is possible. 😉
🔄️ Can I change my plan during the season?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, depending on your club’s needs.
Go to your client area to manage your subscriptions.
Feel free to contact us before changing your plan.
⌚ Is there a minimum commitment period?

No. The subscription can be canceled at any time via your customer area. This must be done before the end of the subscribed period to avoid a new automatic charge.
☁️ What is the file-sharing cloud?

For Champion and Ultimate packs, a cloud space is provided to share visuals, logos and club-related documents.It is not mandatory to use this cloud; file sharing can be done via a communication method defined together.
🚨 Can I make urgent requests?

We will always prefer planning over urgency.
But we are constantly attentive to your needs.
Responsiveness depends on the priority level defined in the pack you have chosen. Higher-tier packs are handled first.
📅 What happens if we don’t use all the weekly publications?

Unused publications cannot be carried over to the future.
Example: you have subscribed to a Pro pack, which gives you 5 publications per week. Depending on your needs, only 3 visuals were published this week. The 2 unused ones cannot be carried over to the following week to have 7 publications instead of 5.
