1. The client contacts Med My Day via the website's contact form, chat, social media, or the dedicated email address wemakeit@medmyday.shop.
2. To guarantee the best results, the client shares a sample photo and describes the desired outcome before placing their order.
   This preliminary consultation is free.
3. After discussion and with our agreement, the client orders the number of images to be edited and their complexity via the product page.
4. Once payment is made, the client will receive a confirmation email from Med My Day in PDF format.
5. The client sends the images to be edited only via the dedicated email address wemakeit@medmyday.shop! Files can be sent as email attachments or via a download link if the file size is too large (WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).
6. Med My Day processes the photos in less than 48 business hours. The photos are delivered digitally according to the client's chosen delivery method. See details in the 📥 Delivery and File Storage tab.

• Digital delivery of images within 48 business hours for each package, starting the day after the client receives their files.
• Files are hosted in the cloud for 15 days, accessible via a secure link or simply by email, at the client's choice.

Digital product:
We only work with digital products, which means no physical products will be shipped. Downloads are made from your own electronic device.

Sending your files:
Give us details of your wishes if necessary (transparent, plain or photo background, the subject to isolate, etc.).
Please send all your files in one email (by attachment or download link), along with your proof of purchase.
Emails that do not meet these conditions will not be processed.
The 48-hour period only begins when we receive a complete email that meets the conditions.
