The contest is organized by Med My Day, a sole proprietorship managed by Mederic Van Den Eynde (Belgium).

Free contest, no purchase necessary, held on Instagram.

The competition runs from December 1st, 2025 to December 23rd, 2025 at 8:00 PM (GMT+1).

Any entries submitted after this date will not be considered.

The draw and announcement of the winners will take place on December 23rd, 2025 at 8:00 PM.

The competition is open to:

• Any individual aged 18 or over;
• With an Instagram account;
• Residing in the European Union.

Certain people cannot participate:

• The organizer and their immediate family;
• Anyone who has contributed professionally to the competition.

To participate in the contest, each user must:

1. Follow the Instagram account @medmyday.shop;
2. Like the contest post;
3. Mention their club's Instagram account and their favorite teammate's Instagram account in the comments.
4. Each comment = 1 entry (within reason, no spam).
5. Bonus: sharing the post in your story increases your chances of being selected in the draw.

One entry per person via multiple Instagram accounts is accepted.

However, this person and their club can only be selected as the winner of one prize, the first one randomly drawn for the participating Instagram account by the software.

Participation is only valid if all the above conditions are met.

• 5 customized visuals

The packages are neither exchangeable, nor modifiable, nor convertible into monetary value, except for the exceptions specified below.

If the travel required to carry out the shoot is too far or incompatible with the availability of the organizer, the winner may choose an alternative from:

• 6 months of Social Media Management – ​​Advanced Pack,
• OR 1 year of Social Media Management – ​​Starter Pack.

If a winner already has an active social media management subscription:

• If the subscription is prepaid, the remaining months will be refunded,
• The winning period will then begin, free of charge.

Example:
A customer paid for 6 months of the Starter Pack.
2 months used → 4 months remaining.
They win 1 year of the Starter Pack.
→ Their remaining 4 months are refunded.
→ The 12 months won then begin.

⚠️ This is the only situation where a refund is permitted.

If the winner already owns a lower-level pack (e.g., Advanced Pack):

• The Champion Pack will be offered to them free of charge.
• No refund or compensation for the difference in value will be provided.

Similarly, if the customer already owns all the collections, no refund will be given.

However, their prize can be used later, when a new template collection is released.

• The winner of each prize will be drawn at random using an impartial random number generator.
• The draw will take place on December 23, 2025, at 8:00 PM.
• Winners will be contacted via private message on Instagram and announced publicly before December 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
• If there is no response within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited.
• A single participant/club cannot win multiple prizes. If they have already won a prize and are randomly selected as the winner of another prize by the random number generator, a new draw will be held until another winner is chosen.

• The services will be planned in consultation with Med My Day.
• Templates and visuals will be provided via email or a secure link.
• Additional travel fees may apply for the photo shoot, depending on the location.
• Similarly, if the winner wishes to purchase optional extras (such as professional photo retouching), these will be subject to a fee.
• Social media management subscription options are also subject to a fee.

Med My Day cannot be held responsible for:

• Instagram malfunctions,
• incomplete entries,
• fraud, abuse or spam,
• or technical interruptions.

Entries deemed abusive may be cancelled.

The data collected (Instagram identity, email if contacted) is used only for the competition.

It will not be resold or transmitted to third parties.

Instagram is neither associated with nor responsible for the contest.

Participants release Instagram from all liability.

Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
